North Park is intentional in building relationships with our Ministry Partners in order to help them thrive in the work God has called them to do.

Ron Burdock & Donna Ballantine
Uganda, Ethiopia &Thailand
Ron and Donna retired early in order to offer themselves to the Church around the world. As skilled business leaders, they bring a great deal of career experience which is of great need in underdeveloped countries. They travel regularly to Uganda, Ethiopia, and Thailand to walk with national business and church leaders as a peer and as a coach.

Kathie Cowie
Vietnam and Nepal, Asia
Kathie has been working in Vietnam for over 25 years, working with nurses in ICU to upgrade their skills

Kevin & Christine Cuz
Ottawa, Canada
Kevin and Christine serve with Athletes In Action. They build friendships with university athletes through evangelism and sporting initiatives. Their goal is to equip students to inspire others with the difference that Jesus makes in sport and life. Kevin is the National Campus Director overseeing 28 campus ministries across Canada.

Rebekah Drew
Papua New Guinea, Oceania
Rebekah works with Wycliffe Bible Translators. She is working on a Bible translation project with mother-tongue translators in the Tiaang language, and is helping churches and communities to use local arts and music to reach their kingdom goals.

Matt & Jan Eckert
Lithuania & Kenya
Matthew and Janice Eckert have made themselves available to travel and work with a number of churches in various countries in the areas of leadership development and discipleship training.

Grady & Brittany Fleming
Philippines, Asia
Grady and Brittany Fleming serve as teachers at Faith Academy, an international school that primarily educates the children of missionaries. The Flemings’ vision is to contribute to the advancement of the gospel by making disciples, supporting missionary families as they educate and care for their children, and serving and getting involved in a local Filipino church and community.

Phil & Merilee Henderson
Kenya, Africa
Phil & Merilee work with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). They are currently serving on staff at Rith Valley Academy (RVA). Phil will be the director of security, helping to manage the facility maintenance while Merilee will be the high school girls’ chaplain and contribute on the student spiritual life team.

Mark & Gretchen Potma
Czech Republic, Europe
Mark and Gretchen Potma have been reaching new regions, planting new churches, discipling new believers and training new leaders in the Czech Republic since 1996. During that time, they helped to establish four new churches and had a part in launching four more church plants in Prague. Their vision is to see another four more new churches planted in the districts surrounding Prague by the year 2030. They have four young adult children.

Darryl & Sarah Reckman
London, Canada
Darryl is the Executive Director of Sanctuary London in the heart of downtown. He is a friend to those in the Sanctuary community and assists individuals with psychological, emotional, and spiritual care. Sarah provides administrative support to the ministry and is a Child Protection Worker with the Children’s Aid Society.

Munjula Saito
London, Canada
Munjula serves as a Ministry Director and Campus Mentor for The Navigators of Canada. As a Ministry Director, she provides senior leadership within the organization for Navigator staff ministering to people in the marketplace, churches and neighbourhoods. As Campus Mentor, she provides oversight to the Christian Medical and Dental Association chapter at Western University, investing deeply in the lives of students through mentoring, prayer, leadership development, service opportunities, large group events and small group studies. Munjula also serves as the Life Skills Coach for the Western Mustangs Women’s Ice Hockey team, focusing on building community and developing players’ character and leadership skills, through hospitality, group sessions, captains’ meetings and one on one coaching.

Rod & Lou Sheil
Belize, Central America
Rod and Lou Sheil travel annually to Belize, connecting with families at Belmopan, Ladyville and Trinidad Village. They work with local leaders to bless and encourage by assisting with local initiatives.

Calvin & Gabi Tiessen
Buchanan, Michigan
Calvin and Gabi are serving with Life Action Ministries, training the next generation of global missionaries. They facilitate training to prepare new workers for the challenges of serving cross-culturally and mentor these trainees in their field of service.
