Check-in

When you arrive at church, head to one of our welcome kiosks where you can sign in with your family. Only children from birth to grade 8 need to sign in.

You'll receive a name sticker for each child attending children’s ministry, along with a pick-up sticker containing a unique 4-digit alpha numeric code. 

* Stratford children from age 3 through grade 8 will begin in the main church service and be dismissed from the service to their classrooms

Let's Laugh and Learn

Once your child is settled into class, parents are welcome to head off to the main service. Be sure to have your pick-up sticker with you for after the service.

For younger children, if you are needed while attending the main service, your 4-digit alpha numeric code will appear on the lower left hand corner of the screens in the auditorium.

Time To Say Goodbye

When the service is over, room leaders will ask to see your parent pick up sticker at the end of class. Jr. High students do not need to be picked up from class, they will simply be released from class to meet up with their families.

* At Stratford, children will be brought upstairs and returned to their parents/guardians during the last song. Jr. High students will help clean up the kids ministry area before they return to their parents/guardians.

Reflection

Once you are together again and heading home, don’t forget to spend some time talking about what your child learned while at children’s ministry.
