It is a joy to introduce you to our church! Whether you have recently moved to the London area or are curious about God and His church, we welcome you to our community!
Our desire in welcoming you is to meet each of you where you are at. We recognize that some of you will want to be known right away and get connected as soon as possible. Others of you would like to join us without being centred out or ‘pestered’. We respect that each person’s needs are unique and we are willing to connect with you when you are ready to be known.
It takes a lot of courage to visit a church for the first time so we are here to make it as simple and stress-free as possible. Feel free to visit us at the Welcome Kiosk in the main Foyer near the Auditorium or complete a Connect Card to introduce yourself and have any questions you may have answered.
We look forward to meeting you!
If I visit on a weekend, how do I find my way around North Park?
A member of our welcome team would be happy to answer any questions you may have and show you to anywhere you are looking for. You will find a team member at the Welcome Kiosk in the main Foyer by the Auditorium before and after each weekend service.
Here is a site map to help you plan ahead for your visit:
Our weekend worship services are held in the Auditorium (yellow).
Can I get my caffeine fix at North Park?
YES, YES, YES! Coffee, not just your run-of-the-mill brand but a tasty Fairtrade flavour is served in the Gym (purple) every Sunday morning before and after each service. Tea, orange juice (the real stuff) and water are also available. People of all ages enjoy this space to connect with one another.
What do I wear?
We are more concerned about what is going on inside a person than what they are wearing. Our church has a “come as you are” atmosphere. You will see some dressed up and some dressed casual. Either is fine with us. We will just be glad that you came!
Do I need to know any liturgy, prayers or songs?
In our services, the words for any songs we sing or scripture we read will be displayed on a screen for everyone to follow along. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you desire. You will not stand out in the crowd either way.
Will I be asked to give money?
As a guest, you will not be expected to give. At North Park, we only take an offering on the last Sunday of the month as part of our communion celebration.
Is it safe to leave my kids in the Children’s program?
Absolutely! The safety of our children is a top priority for us. All of our volunteers are screened with police checks, safety protocols are closely followed and cleanliness of the rooms and toys is important. We want you to have peace of mind leaving your children in our care when you attend a service for yourself.
How can I meet others and get connected?
There are a number of ministries happening at our church that provide you with an opportunity to get involved, meet new people and establish new friendships. Let us know what you are looking for by submitting the online connection card below.
