Our young adult gatherings are for individuals 18-23 years old who have finished secondary school and are attending university, college or trade school, or have begun working. If you want to develop friendships with like-minded people, drink delicious coffee, and enjoy robust conversations about faith, calling, vocation, creativity, personality and mission (to name just a few topics), this is the group for you.

From May to August we will be meeting periodically. For up to date information on current events and schedule, visit North Park’s Young Adults Facebook page at: or email

Steve and Brittney MacDouell

Over the past ten years, Steve and Brittney have had the opportunity to serve together — and with others — in the local church. When Steve isn’t teaching at Fanshawe College, he’s encouraging churches to love their neighbour(hoods) through public speaking and workshops, or writing for The Localist — a local publication that serves as an insider’s guide to London. Brittney works at Western University and is passionate about helping students discern their future while supporting them in the present. Together, Steve and Brittney live in downtown London with their two kids, Porter and Rory.

Josh and Bre Black

Josh and Bre have been a part of the North Park community for the last six years, and have loved every moment of it. Initially working directly with our Jr Highs, they expanded into the High School world a few years ago, with a strong focus on finding merge points between youth minstries. They have a strong desire to see God working in the lives of students as they become integral members of the local church. Josh, Bre and Nash live in  Northeast London, and are always ready to host people for a fresh pastry and a hot coffee.
