In our weekend summer series, Table Talk, we explored the value and significance of sharing a meal around a table with others.

The President’s Choice “Let’s #EatTogether Challenge” encouraged people to eat together on a specific date, with the reminder: It is at the table that we can turn a house into a home, a stranger into a friend and a village into a community. But more than anything, eating together simply connects us.”

During the week of October 15-21, we extend this same challenge to our North Park community – to #EatTogether at Table Talk Dinner Groups designed to connect people who may not know each other or normally spend time together over a meal.

Here’s the process:

HOST Registration: You can still sign up to host
People willing to host a dinner or dessert evening in their home can sign up online. Hosts can choose several parameters for their dinner (number of guests, diet accommodations, menu style, etc.) when they sign up.

October 15-21: Table Talk Dinner Groups Meet

Our hope is that God will use these times of gathering together to strengthen our connections with one another and build community.
