It takes a strong team of people to make Children’s Ministry possible. There are many ways to get involved.
Small Group Leader
Each class requires dedicated people to pour into the lives of the next generation. It’s amazing to watch the growth of the students when someone commits to teaching them and forming relationships with the students at least twice a month for one service.
A portion of large group time is teaching the Bible lesson to all of the students. The goal is to make the teaching as interactive as possible, whether it be through skits, game shows, or any other creative way that allows the students to be involved with the story.
To make our kids wing inclusive for all, we require a team of people to provide one-on-one support for students who require it. This team will be involved in not only the life of the student, but will be connected to the family as well.
Sure the shirts are bright, but they scream happy to all who see them. These people provide a warm and welcoming smile and “good morning” to all who walk through the doors, and are a way for everyone to know who to go to for assistance.
Imagine a grade 1-5 student learning to play music at Church and being part of the kids band, and then moving up to leading musical worship in Jr high, and then High School, and then all of a sudden, they are on the ‘big stage’. If you have a musical ability, and want to be part of this chain reaction, come join our team.
